Blade Runner is a film that keeps on giving. It’s sci-fi at its best. Thoughtful. Philosophical. Critical. Futuristic. Visionary. And the vision that it offers can be read through many different lenses.

The Nerdwriter, aka Evan Puschak, recently published a video analysis of Blade Runner as part of his Understanding Art House series (which also looks at two more sci-fi films: Under the Skin and Snowpiercer.) Puschak’s analysis is a deep look at how Blade Runner explores the psychological issues of modernity. It’s a must-watch for any fan of the film or anyone wanting to build some greater appreciation.
